The Worry Makers are characters that represent common cognitive distortions (or thinking traps) associated with anxiety and The Worry Takers represent helpful thinking to escape the thinking traps. This pack of resources based around these characters provides a unique, child friendly approach to educating children about the thinking traps that can be behind our worries and anxieties.
