What are My Coping Skills Cue Cards?
This printable card set is an effective resource that will develop your teens's emotional intelligence by prompting use of coping skills and teaching them HOW they help.
The cards will guide your teen to select calming strategies that support their ability to cope and emotionally regulate when they are overwhelmed by their feelings.
The strategies are teen friendly and include accessible information that help teenagers understand the benefit of using emotional regualtion strategies. They cards cover a range of techniques that research has shown calms the nervous system, helping it shift from 'fight or flight' stress responses into a state of relaxation.
