Anxiety, Reframing
How can the books in this bundle help my child?
In The Little Book of Worries the Worry Owls give a child friendly explanation of anxiety, support your child by teaching them worry management techniques and develop their use of the rational areas of their brain to calm their amygdala (the area of the brain activated to protect them in times of emotional stress).
My Worry Journal is a space for your child to unload their worries before bed, promoting a restful sleep. The Worry Owls will guide them to reframe their worry in a positive way, but also gives you the opportunity to support them with an overnight response from The Worry Owl (a.k.a YOU!). This journal also comes with Wise Owl Mail, a supportive and reassuring letter from The Worry Owls. Enter your child's name in there personalisation box if you would like us to write their name on the envelope containing Worry Owl's letter (please note this will be inside the parcel).
