Hey there scribblers!
I am Miss Scribbler and today I am telling you about what it would be like to go back to school! Some of you might already have gone back to school for a few days, so some of you might know what it would be like! I hope you enjoy this blog post, and next weekend I will be posting another blog too.
When we go back to school, it will be very different. We might have to work in smaller groups of friends. We will probably have to sit a space apart each lunch time. When we go out onto the playground the teachers might let us go onto the field so there is more room for us to social distance, and spread out. When we go back to school we will all have to have our own desks. We will have to wash our hands a lot too! It will be different and I understand why some people might feel quite nervous or anxious about going back. It might be scary but it won't be like that forever, and its a good chance to see some of our friends again!
You might be feeling bored of staying at home lots by now, ( I know, I am! ) you may have seen my beat the boredom blog post, a few weeks back. so here are some new ideas to give you something to do!
Now to finish off, here's some news about what is going on behind the scenes at ink and scribbles!
Firstly, we are going to be doing an ink and scribbles youtube channel, where we will be looking at some of the products and will be talking about emotional wellbeing, ( just like I do on here! ). We are also making my product page on here! I am working on a story called Elements with I might be selling on there too! and last, but not least, I am making my own youtube channel! I will tell you when all of these things happen.

This week there is a thing about kindness. I think it's a mental health awareness week. I try really hard to be kind. I think about my friends feelings, I look after my brother, I try to include everyone, but sometimes it can be hard to be kind if I’m in a bad mood or one of my friends has been mean. Then you're more likely to use a grumpy voice. Sometimes you don’t try to be mean, but people might misunderstand the point. That can make me feel a bit guilty because it can mean I upset someone when I didn't want to.
There are things you can do to show kindness to more than one person, you might give to charity or leave kind messages for a stranger. I saw a kind message tied to a fence today on our walk. It said that rain always passes and sunny days come back. My mum said it was about giving people hope because of coronavirus. I think it's kind of true. After you have a bad day, you usually get a better one.
One way to show kindness is to just let people think what they want to think, just because you don’t have the same opinion doesn’t mean you can’t get on. I've seen friends be mean to each other because they have different opinions. I think might feel embarrassed or frustrated which makes them do mean things. I think they probably feel pretty bad about it though, so I think we should just let people think what they want to.
The challenge I've set this week is to do 3 kind things this week, for example help to clean your room or help hang up the washing.

Hi, I’m miss scribbler, and today we're talking about my birthday in lockdown. Hope you enjoy 😉
It was my birthday a week ago where I turned 10! Yay double digits! It was not the sort of birthday I was planning and I didn’t get to see my friends, or go out anywhere. It was still fun though! When I woke up I got presents, ( a lot of them were bath bombs, ) I also got new cheer leading clothes, hair accessories and some other things too! I played on the trampoline outside with my brother. My mum gave me a spa session too, very relaxing! I realised that this is something that really helps me feel calm. I even got a unicorn cake that was vanilla flavour, I also enjoyed some drawing out in the garden. In the evening I watched the new trolls world tour movie.
Even though it was a lockdown birthday I still had lots of fun. I was disappointed that I couldn’t see my friends and family in person or go anywhere , but my birthday was actually really good. It was definitely a quieter birthday without party guests and family members. But I saw some friends and family on zoom which made up for it a bit.

We can get excited and happy about lots of things. I mostly et excited about going on holiday, my birthday, Christmas and going to the swimming pool. happiness is different to Excitement because happiness is usually how you feel when something is happening, and excitement is usually how you feel before something happens. sometimes you might get really excited about something, but it turns out its not what you expected and then you could get slightly disappointed about it. Excitement is a feeling of enthusiasm and eagerness. happiness is a feeling of satisfaction and is usually a sign that you’re having fun.
I am usually happy when I am playing with my friends. I get excited about going on holidays the most. I also enjoy playing games that involve imagining worlds inside my head. I am most happy when I’m at centre parcs or at the swimming pool (I really love to go swimming). The challenge this week is to draw a picture of the thing that makes you most happy. I’m still working on my affirmations and printables part of the website but I’ll tell you when it starts.
Hey there! I'm Miss Scribbler! I hope your all having a great Easter.
Today I'll be talking to you about the feeling sadness, we can get sad for endless reasons. The most common reason that makes me feel sad are if I have hurt myself or if I have had a disagreement over something, these might make you sad too. Don't feel embarrassed if you cry, crying is actually good for you.
Sadness usually becomes anger. In my opinion if your sadness turns to anger you should think about the situation, and then talk to someone about what has happened and why you feel the way you do. I find this hard to start of with because I feel like I want to be left alone and don't want to talk to anyone yet. so give yourself some time to calm down before coming to talk about it.
When I feel this way I do something calming to make me feel better. I find that sitting outside and listening to nature, and sitting on my bed is calming for me. you could also try doing something you like, such as playing or watching your favourite TV show. These are good things to do because if you busy yourself you are most likely to forget you were even sad in the first place.
Sometimes it takes a long time to stop feeling sad and sometimes it only takes around half an hour! this depends on why you are upset. I hope these tips help you when you feel sad!

3. have fun, it docent matter how many spring/easter themed pictures you can take. these challenges are for fun so yo can try something new and different so have fun!
I'll be doing my own section of this blog where I will be selling affirmations soon!so I'll keep you updated with that.

Hi! I'm Miss Scribbler, right now everyone is staying at home because the government don't want people to get the coronavirus, and all the schools have had to close. I'm finding it boring not having anywhere to go all the time and not seeing my friends at school. so heres a list of activities to do when you are feeling bored at home!
if you are struggling on were you can get school work then here are some of the websites that I have been using.
you could research about constellations and stars, planets, dwarf planets and the moon and sun.
on a clear night you could also look at the constellations using stargazing apps with is one of the activities I am planning to do. you can try and still keep fit and healthy by doing the Joe wicks exercise classes.
I'll be doing my next blog which will be about sadness and I will post it on the weekend.

Hey there I'm Miss Scribbler :) and this is where I will be updating weekly to talk to you about emotional difficulties. I'm ten years old, and am quite sensitive so I talk to my mum who runs this online shop. I think my strength is understanding how other people feel by their actions. I am planning on opening my own section of the business were I want to sell affirmations, I'll keep you updated with that on the blog. Now step into my blog....
